Vendor Principles & Product Policyভেন্ডর নীতিমালা ও পণ্যের মূলনীতি
Vendors should list only genuine, accurately described products, keep stock and pricing information current, avoid misleading claims, counterfeit or poor-quality goods, use commercially reasonable pricing, fulfil confirmed orders correctly, and follow the active return, warranty, delivery and settlement policies. Product categories with high complaint/return risk may require additional review or restrictions.
Commission / Pricing:কমিশন / মূল্যনীতি: Vendor commission is configurable by category/product/policy. The final percentage or fee is published by NIDIBD and can be adjusted instead of being hard-coded.
How Order Fulfilment Can Workঅর্ডার ও কুরিয়ার কীভাবে কাজ করতে পারে
- Vendor keeps stock at their own shop/home unless a future fulfilment arrangement says otherwise.বিশেষ ফুলফিলমেন্ট ব্যবস্থা না থাকলে ভেন্ডর নিজের দোকান/বাসায় স্টক রাখবেন।
- When an order arrives, the vendor confirms stock and prepares the exact product.অর্ডার এলে ভেন্ডর স্টক নিশ্চিত করে সঠিক পণ্য প্রস্তুত করবেন।
- Approved courier pickup or handover can be used according to the active delivery policy.চলমান ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত কুরিয়ার পিকআপ বা হ্যান্ডওভার ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
- Payment, commission, return and settlement rules follow the published NIDIBD policy.পেমেন্ট, কমিশন, রিটার্ন ও সেটেলমেন্ট প্রকাশিত NIDIBD নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী হবে।
